In Person Drop Off and Pickup
DROP OFF
- Artwork must be delivered to the MAIN Gallery
- Drop off time: 11am - 4pm June 2, 2025
- Use the OL call print label option to access & print the submission label that will accompany your work.
PICK UP
- All artwork must be picked up from the MAIN Gallery
- Pick up times: 4pm - 5pm July 3 and 11am - 4pm July 4
- Use the OL call print label option to access & print your claim label. Bring this with you when you pick up your artwork.
Please notify the intake/pick up co-ordinator if someone other than the artist is delivering/picking up your artwork.

Shipping Artwork
1. You may ship your piece(s) if you’re unable to drop off/pickup in person.
2. Notify us by March 31 if you plan to ship your artwork. Contact Michelle Sirois Silver at michelle@michellesirois-silver.com
3. Artists are responsible for insuring their artwork.
4. Shipped artwork MUST ARRIVE by MAY 15, 2025 (do not ship your artwork to the gallery)
5. Use the OL call print label option to print off the submission label for your work. Put it inside the shipping box alongside your artwork.
6. Include a return shipping label with the artwork
7. Email the tracking link & arrival date to Michelle.

Your artwork will be hand delivered to the gallery on June
2 and your shipping materials stored for the duration of
the exhibition. The exhibition CLOSES July 3.
Return shipping to the artist:
1. Your artwork will be packed and returned to you via Canada Post.
2. Prior to posting the artwork, it will be weighed at the PO and the exact amount will be confirmed with you and an e-transfer for the amount will be required.
4. Upon receipt of the e-transfer your work will be shipped & a tracking link sent to you.
5. Please confirm when your package arrives.
